STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Set energy saving -> screen energy saving -> switch off after 1 min (in my
case, on AC power)
2. Leave for over a minute
OBSERVED RESULT
Screen does not sleep on Wayland, but does when running KDE with Xorg. This is
a relatively new bug as I did not have this issue a few weeks ago.
EXPECTED RESULT
External/internal screens should sleep.
