Only my second bug report please let me know if I am missing any info.

STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Have 2 monitors, external monitor is 1920x1080 no scaling native monitor is
2256x1504 @ 150% scaling
2. Right click on background
3. Navigate to submenu

OBSERVED RESULT
After navigating to sub-menu the main context menu disappears and starts
experiencing flickering and other graphical issues (video attached). I had a
similar issue on 5.26 where parts of the menu would disappear but the
flickering is new.

EXPECTED RESULT
A stable context menu with no graphical glitches.
