Hello,
I'm using VLC as snap package and find out that kdeconnect can't restart the
playback after pausing it.
The other buttons work fine (fast forward/stop/pause) and also the playback
time and status are showed correctly.

STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Play a video in VLC snap
2. Pause the playback from the KDE Connect app (it works fine)
3. You can't restart it
OBSERVED RESULT
The "Play" button in the app is grayied out and it can't restart the playback.
EXPECTED RESULT
Should restart the playback
SOFTWARE/OS VERSIONS
Operating System: Kubuntu 23.04
KDE Plasma Version: 5.27.4
KDE Frameworks Version: 5.104.0
Qt Version: 5.15.8
ADDITIONAL INFORMATION
Resume the playback works on VLC (deb package) and on Haruna media player (deb
package) so it seems related to the snap, but all the other features seem to
work fine also with the snap package. It only can't resume the playback
