SUMMARY
Sometimes I want to test out different rules or I need to disable some rules
temporarily (e.g. right now I don't have second screen but I have a bunch of
rules to move windows there; I don't want to delete rules but I want to be able
to deactivate them)
Alternative option is to toggle off window types but problem is, when you need
to enable them again, you need to remember which ones were enabled.
Also it doesn't give you any indication in the rules list.
