STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Boot up and enter into KDE Plasma DE, See immediate Bug Report.
2. Restart, See Immediate Bug Report.
3. Power off and leave it for hours turned off before booting back up again,
See Immediate Bug Report.
OBSERVED RESULT
Before my wallpaper pops in, Crash handler pops up.
EXPECTED RESULT
Before this, My wallpaper would pop in and id just wait 5s for my Latte dock
and Firefox to pop up.
