transform tool artifacts
SUMMARY
When using the transform tool to rotate a object, it creates jagged edges on
the edge (see image attachment). This has not been the case before it at
seemingly random started happening in version 4.4.5 (i think), but when
updating to 5.1.5 it didn't fix the problem.
STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Select drawn object
2. Use the transform tool to rotate it
OBSERVED RESULT
Jagged (not smooth and not blurry) edges around transformed object
EXPECTED RESULT
smooth edges
