SUMMARY
All/most the Energy Saving settings can't be disabled, although no checked. 

STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. System Settings -> Energy Saving
2. Screen Energy Saving and Suspend session  - not checked (disabled)

OBSERVED RESULT
The screen switched off and session suspended.

EXPECTED RESULT
The screen never switched off and session never suspended.

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION
1. The same issue observed on a new and clean Kubuntu 23.04 install, before
updating the system via the Backports PPA.
2. The only applied option in this window is about power button (Shut down).
