Bug ID: 473799
Summary: Header colors should not forced onto titlebar
Classification: Applications
Product: systemsettings
Version: 5.24.7
Platform: Kubuntu
OS: Linux
Status: REPORTED
Severity: normal
Priority: NOR
Component: kcm_colors
Assignee: [email protected]

Target Milestone: ---
SUMMARY
Titlebars should be rendered in the color they are defined in rather than
header colors.
STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Go to System Settings → Appearance → Colors
2. Edit Breeze Classic theme, set "Header → Normal Background" color to
something different than "Common Colors → Active Titlebar"
3. Launch Kate and observe that both titlebar and header colors are the same.
OBSERVED RESULT
Titlebars are getting the color defined in the Colors:Header section:
[Colors:Header]
BackgroundNormal=255,0,0
Instead of getting the color defined under WM section:
[WM]
activeBackground=0,255,0
EXPECTED RESULT
Titlebars shoud not be influenced by header color settings.
