That's really interesting, it must be some specific configuration that we haven't found. I wonder if it's multiple displays (since a few of us have mentioned this setup)? Wayland? (I haven't tried in an X11 plasma session and I can do that right now....) Could be one of a zillion corner-cases. I will try hard to find it. I agree, it's likely that it'd have been fixed 'by accident' with so many changes involved in Plasma 6 (I read all your blog posts about it and it's very exciting news) Anyway, I'd love to try Plasma 6 but I don't really have a non-production system I can risk it on. I'll see if I can replicate the fault in a VM here, and if we're really stuck, I'll put a day aside and take a full disk backup and try my luck with P6.
