Please allow a global setting that defines the default filter settings for all
podcasts

STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Open Kast
2. Set a filter setting for multiple podcasts (i.e.: Unplayed Episodes)
3. Close Kast
4. Re-Open Kast and note that the filter settings are not retained
OBSERVED RESULT
Each time Kast is opened, the filter options are not restored from the previous
session.
EXPECTED RESULT
The Filter options should be stored when Kast is closed and restored upon
re-opening.
