SUMMARY

After inviting a user to X room, you can switch to room Y and the banner stays.
The banner also says (from memory) "Invited user ABC to this room" so it can
appear you invited them to room Y as well.

STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Invite a user to a room using `/invite @user:server`
2. Switch to another channel
OBSERVED RESULT
The banner remains and says you invited the user to the channel, no matter what
channel you switch to
EXPECTED RESULT
Banner does either of the following:
1) Disappears if you change from the channel you invited them to
2) Specifies the channel name that you invited them to and times out after x
seconds.
