STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Download and install Neon Unstable ISO
2. Make something crash
3. Try to report a bug with DrKonqi
OBSERVED RESULT
The generated backtrace is useless due to missing debug symbols
Clicking "Install Debug Symbols" itself crashes.
DEBUGINFOD_URLS isn't set so there's no automatic symbols from there
There's no apparent debug packages for KDE stuff in the repos
EXPECTED RESULT
DrKonqi just works and people can submit useful bugreports
ADDITIONAL INFORMATION
Through pure guessing I found https://debuginfod.neon.kde.org/, but that isn't
set up out of the box
