Ok, if there's no way for you to reproduce the issue, then there's probably
nothing we can do here.

FWIW when you submit a bug report, it's expected that you continue to preserve
the error condition so that developers can troubleshoot it. See
https://community.kde.org/Get_Involved/Issue_Reporting#Issue_reporting_involves_responsibility.

Also, replacing the entire OS with something else because of one issue with the
file manager app seems a bit drastic to me. But hey, it's your computer!
