Adding the effect fade from black or fade to black and try to change the length
of the effect, is not possible between 23 seconds and 1 minute. Change the time
manully to example 30 seconds and press enter, it jumps back to 1 minute 6
seconds. Click on the arrows to change it there, it jumps from one minute to 23
seconds. Also higher times have this timejumps and its not possible to change
the length to an exactly time. But to reproduce it choose the time with 1
minute and you will see.
Reproducible: Always
Steps to Reproduce:
1. add a clip
2. add fade to black or fade from black
3. in the effect properties change the length like i discribed
Actual Results:
time is lower or higher
Expected Results:
accept the correct time
