The package kde-config-fcitx5 is a part of fcitx5 and should be backported
together with fcitx5.
As of now, their version mismatch and some feature is missing.
The fcitx5-plasma-theme-generator in kde-config-fcitx5 is missing and I can't
apply "KDE plasma" theme to fcitx5.
