Hello,
on a crash report drkonqui should list every package with missing debug symbols
only once.

STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Open a drkonqui crash report
2. Select the button in the bottom note to show the packages with missing debug
symbols (list of files)
OBSERVED RESULT
The opened window has the pakage name duplicated (see attachment)
EXPECTED RESULT
Every package should be listed once
