Taking rectangular screenshot using shortcut acts as window and then only it
shows the spectacle annotator.
STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Open overview
2. Click Meta+Shift+Print
OBSERVED RESULT
Spectacle annotator acts as window.
EXPECTED RESULT
Instead of acting as window & It should directly show the annotator.
