STEPS TO REPRODUCE
Attempt to use Markdown or the other myriad improvements it adds, which users
of newer Bugzilla instances like bugzilla.mozilla.org are used to.
OBSERVED RESULT
They don't exist and don't work.
EXPECTED RESULT
I expected at least Markdown to work when I first used this tracker.
