SUMMARY
On x11 you cannot drag windows offscreen left or up if compositor is disabled
works ok right or down.
STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Use X11 session
2. try to drag a window offscreen left or up
OBSERVED RESULT
Window is stuck to the screen border.
EXPECTED RESULT
Worked fine in plasma 5, why not now?
