STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. pair a laptop running KDE Plasma and an android phone via bluetooth
2. open Bluetooth KCM
3. click on the android phone used in the step 1
4. click on "Setup NAP network..." button
OBSERVED RESULT
nothing happens
EXPECTED RESULT
we are able to configure a nap network
