SUMMARY
Panel editor options still appear even after exiting edit mode
STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. open edit mode
2. modify system tray
3. exit edit mode (not sure about the exact steps)
OBSERVED RESULT
when hovering over the bottom panel, the items are unclickable, but rather a 4
directional arrow appears that allows you to displace items and show options
for each items when clicked.
EXPECTED RESULT
no editor mode options should appear, and items should be clickable normally
