SUMMARY
When accessing "User Feedback" section in System Settings, a random window is
created for half-second; only titlebar is visible.
STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Go to "User Feedback" section in System Settings.
2. A random new window with only titlebar visible is created and disappears in
half-second.
OBSERVED RESULT
Window is created.
EXPECTED RESULT
Window should not be created, as it seems like a bug (should not be visible to
the end-user).
