SUMMARY
About 50% of the time I resume from sleep and unlock my PC, I am greeted to a
black screen. Programs are still running, pressing the Win button shows the
menu but the desktop is gone.
The workaround is to open Konsole, `killall plasmashell` and `plasmashell &
disown` to start it back up again.
STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Go to sleep
2. Resume from sleep

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION
Fedora Kinoite on an AMD RX 6800 XT, in Wayland mode. The journal is silent and
there's no log of plasmashell failing.
