SUMMARY
After running a KDE desktop for a while, one or more PlasmaPA-VolumeMeter
persist after each use of the volume pop-up from the system tray. It sure looks
a lot like bug 439347 although I observe the problem via qpwgraph, but I guess
that bugfix would be rolled out by now?
See attached screenshot
STEPS TO REPRODUCE
Unfortunately, I have not been able to create a bulletproof recipe for
recreating the problem. But it seems to occur after my system has been running
for a while. Also, using multiple sound sources tends to make the problem more
likely to occur.
OBSERVED RESULT
A lot of node-NN [PlasmaPA-VolumeMeter]
EXPECTED RESULT
PlasmaPA-VolumeMeter should be removed, when the volume pop-up is collapsed
SOFTWARE/OS VERSIONS
Linux/KDE Plasma: OpenSUSE Linux kernel 6.11.3-1-default using Wayland
KDE Plasma Version: 6.2.1
KDE Frameworks Version: 6.7.0
Qt Version: 6.8.0
ADDITIONAL INFORMATION
Problem have been observed on Nvidia and Intel graphics boards, all on OpenSUSE
TumbleWeed
