SUMMARY
STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Open settings
2. Go to Wi-Fi & Internet
3. Go to Wi-Fi & Networking
4. Create any VPN connection
5. Select it
6. Click "Remove selected connection" at the bottom
OBSERVED RESULT
Broken removal window - can't remove VPN
EXPECTED RESULT
Correct window, with buttons and etc.
