Screen Artefacts 5k

SUMMARY
When I boot linux at the native resolution 5120x2880 with KDE Plasma as my
Desktop environment the screen is has screen noise(snow)/artefacts

This only happens on those with KDE as their desktop environment because I
tried:
- Nobara
- CachyOs
- Fedora KDE

I am connecting the DP out -> DP In (Thunderbolt AIC) -> Thunderbolt Out ->
Apple Studio Monitor.

However if I reduce the resolution to 3840x2160 the screen noise/artefacts
disappear. This setup has no such artefacts on Windows 11 at the native
resolution. Is this a known bug or is there a setting/config that I can use.

Hardware:
https://www.asrock.com/mb/AMD/B650M%20Pro%20RS/index.asp
https://asrock.com/mb/spec/product.asp?Model=Thunderbolt%204%20AIC%20R2.0
GPU is AMD 7900GRE
Apple Studio Display

STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Install any distribution with KDE Plasma >= 6.1.1
2. DP-OUT -> DP IN -> THUNDERBOLT OUT -> Thunderbolt Monitor (5k resolution)
3.

OBSERVED RESULT
Screen artefacts

EXPECTED RESULT
No artefacts as experienced on Windows 11
