https://www.qt.io/trademark/ Qt's trademark policy is unsurprisingly strict, and it seems well managed on top of that. A fork of Qt has to be make a clear distinction in its name, and "anything with Qt in it" will be as misleading as marketing your os as "The Windows Alternative".
