Why do you need that Locale.cmake file?

What is that po_beforekde folder?

I'm also a bit scared of those install and uninstall files with "sudo rm" 
calls, but if you really 
really promise me they won't delete random stuff people's computers i'll make 
as if i didn't see 
them :D
