By reverting that commit I get reverse scroll working as expect in most apps,
but not konsole. With the commit I also do not get reverse scolling on any 
app.

It looks like the patch addresses 2 use cases. But there are atleast 3 cases
and my setup and I supposed the other people reporting this bug are the
3rd case.

How is  Qt5 configured to change the scroll direction for Qt5 applications 
then?
