OK. Things are getting a bit complicated, since the 4.1 branch is frozen any patches we need go into Dude/Build/Patches, but trunk is open and I am applying as many of our patches from Dude to trunk as I can; this means that while we follow 4.1 branch we have lots of patches and once we switch back to trunk we should have very few, but it will take some (re)verification. I wonder if there's an effective way to check which branch is checked out in the source, in order to prevent mix-ups like this. Your builds, patches and comments *are* appreciated. With the range of possible dependencies that can be installed, new functionality and compile errors sometimes crops up unexpectedly.
