There's a hard path to /opt/SUNWspro in one of the configure scripts, if 
that could be changed to dirname $(CC) it might just work.  Or maybe not.

Something odd.  If I can ever finish I'll restart to look into it.  I 
wonder if it finds gperf in configure it uses it.

Ah. The techbase tells you to check out 
svn://anonsvn.kde.org/home/kde/trunk/KDE

that probably explains it.  It needs updating.

gstreamer failed to build for me (x86) with a missing symbol, but I 
haven't looked into it yet.
