Hello,
Here's a first patch for the konsole help file. This is my first attempt at
docbook. The patch updates the command line page; also adding a Caution
about Qt options (in the hope of preventing more bug reports).
I noticed that the front Help page hasn't been updated since 2002. I'm not
really sure what to do with the copyrights and authors...
