I just took a look at the patch, and it seems fine. There's just one little typo: "The following Qt? options have no affect on Konsole:" "affect" -> "effect" Something I'd suggest, perhaps for the longer term, would be to arrange the options in a specified order, say alphabetically, or perhaps "most important first" followed by the others alphabetically. Apart from that, it looks fine to commit. For copyrights etc: Change the <date> to the date you last edited the document on (this is needed for the translators). If you plan to do a lot more work on the Konsole docs, you can add yourself as an <author>, and put an appropriate <copyright>. If you expect just to make some small changes, add your name to the "Credits and License" section. That's what I'd suggest.
