If one is interested in the proceedings of a specific request it is easy enough to add oneselves as a reviewer.

It also makes the "new" notification stand out since it is the one being delivered to the list while the following ones are delivered to each reviewer directly.

I've set up Gerrit so that the mailing list will receive exactly one mail when a new change is uploaded (and not for new versions).

The other settings which uses `git blame` and Cc-es authors of the changed lines directly is still active.
