Конкретно надо сделать следующее: 1. Изменить URI для dtd в файлах l10n-kde4/ru/data/kdeedu/*.kvtml на "http://edu.kde.org/kvtml/kvtml2.dtd";. 2. Исправить файлы в l10n-kde4/ru/data/kdeedu/kturtle согласно инструкциям http://edu.kde.org/kturtle/translator.php 3. Добавить и перевести на русский "footer-doc-comment", "footer-doc-feedback" и "footer-doc-teamname" в kdelibs/kdoctools/docbook/xsl/common/ru.xml (английский вариант в файле kdelibs/kdoctools/docbook/xsl/common/en.xml) 4.
