Hello Vladislav, We really appreciate your intention to help our team. However it is worth mentioning that the translation project of KDE is neither a good way to improve your Russian, nor a sandbox for testing you current level of Russian.
Can you please write to this mailing list in Russian? If you are not sure whether you are able to contribute to the translation of the files with the quality of a native Russian speaker, I'd suggest that you try to translate some file and send it to this mailing list for review. You can also use bugs.kde.org to report translation errors, but make sure to check that the errors are still present in the latest development branch.
