What benefit does this give us over? - Reporter opens - Developer resolves (if there's still an issue) - reporter reopens Just to make it clearly, I'm not trying to argue with you, I'm trying to make sure with my developer hat on that we (in KTp) are doing the right thing, or work out what we need to change. And with my KDE quality team hat on, is this state important, can we streamline this?
