Are they present on the other widgets? As you undoubtedly know it's possible to lock widgets (in which case you'll find an "unlock" action), but there may also be aggregate widgets that may or may not give a choice of what they show. One option that should work: compose a 2nd taskbar at the opposite side of the screen. Once it works the way you want, you delete the other one and move the new one into the desired spot.
