Seems like the pager in KMail (or whatever you call it, the area displaying the
email content) doesn't react to the context-menu key-event. I can get a context
menu in the folder list as well as the list of emails, but if the pager has the
focus nothing happens when hitting the context-menu-key. Right-clicking with
the mouse in the pager works though.
