When you call the move dialog all the nodes are unfolded. Now, press left-arrow
key on some subnode. The selection should go to its parent, but in KMail first
keypress is ignored. Press it again, now it goes to its parent, and the next
keypress closes the node.
Worse thing is with minus key -- it should collapse the current node, but
instead it collapses some random nodes no matter where I press this key.
