There seems to be a strong correlation between duplicates and filters that have
multiple 'or-ed' expressions, which both match. I'm guessing that 2 matches of
the or-ed terms result in 2 deliveries.
Like: match any of the following, with 2 conditions that both match, using
'move into folder'.
