I'm partially able to reproduce it.
First, if the distribution list is not saved, then the default @hostname is
happened to the mail address in the message in the output folder. (using queue
instead of send).
If the distribution list is created with emails not in the address book, when
the distribution list is expanded in the message in the output folder, those
addresses are also happened the @hostname.
