When selecting a mail in the list, the message view pane is showing the plain
text mail and not loading html and remote content as set in the global
settings.
When I open the settings and un-select and re-select the ¨Prefer HTML to plain
text" and ¨Allow messages to load external references from the Internet¨ the
html message is displayed.
rpm is kmail5-16.08.2-1.1.x86_64 (opensuse leap 42.2)
