Adding a new account doesn't show up on the 'name' window after 4 accounts
already exist. However if tied to an identity, I can send email from that
identity/account but the folders for that account don't show in the
name/accounts window so can't view incoming email for that account.
Reproducible: Always
Steps to Reproduce:
1. Create 4 email accounts.
2. Create any additional pop3/imap account.

Actual Results:
Accounts appear to be added, can send mail from them but do not show in name
window so can't expand to view folders related to account such as inbox, sent
etc. I get new email notification but can't view it as it is not present in
the name window.
Expected Results:
All added accounts show up in name window.
