I have a device that is unable to communicate with the Kea server.
According to the manufacturer their lab setup works fine against some
Cisco gear. The error I get is like so:

2018-01-09 13:16:15.678 DEBUG [kea-dhcp6.packets/31270] DHCP6_BUFFER_RECEIVED
received buffer from fe80::3e90:66ff:fe4b:cb7c:546 to ff02::1:2:0 over
interface igb2.1600
2018-01-09 13:16:15.678 DEBUG [kea-dhcp6.options/31270] DHCP6_BUFFER_UNPACK
parsing buffer received from fe80::3e90:66ff:fe4b:cb7c to ff02::1:2 over
interface igb2.1600
2018-01-09 13:16:15.678 DEBUG [kea-dhcp6.bad-packets/31270]
DHCP6_PACKET_DROP_PARSE_FAIL failed to parse packet from
fe80::3e90:66ff:fe4b:cb7c to ff02::1:2, received over interface igb2.1600,
reason: unable to parse the opaque data tuple, the buffer length is 12, but the
length of the tuple in the length field is 3072

I have sent them packet captures, but they say they have found
nothing in them to indicate that this should be a problem. I have
tested this client in a number of different configurations in an
attempt to remove any other influences, and I keep getting the same
error. I have also tested against both Kea 1.2 and 1.3. Other
clients/devices work in the same configuration.

Any ideas?
