addresses and their scope do not matter at all. it can be several local 
networks, several global networks without routing out, there may be networks 
that have been put out of use as is the case with yggdrasil), there may be a 
mix of them. yes, anything can be! this has nothing to do with the dhcpv6 
mechanism itself and there is no need to make assumptions about what the client 
actually has there. it's like asking "for what is this?" a counter question 
instead of an answer- this is a very bad style :\
