Hi Shash.

ant assemble-deploy did work.  A check of my project found app-security, clnt-struts, 
& svc-authorization-persist to be out of date.  However, after these particular 
modules were updated, the general ant completeinstall target is still failing, but ant 
assemble-deploy still works.

I am confused.
