Something just occurred to me. There were changes regarding this in custom.xml. If you have a customized custom.xml, you need to reconcile the changes in there. Could this be the problem?

Hi Michael.
That was what got me into trouble in the first place! I had just updated from CVS. I currently have version 1.19 (the latest currently checked in) of build.xml from the keel-build module. I just ran another check, and I am completely current to CVS.
