The kepler-* rocks are incompatible with LuaRocks 2 and are deprecated in
favor of using the wsapi-* rocks (and wsapi-install instead of
kepler-install). I am updating cgilua so it works with the new WSAPI
launchers (without the need for a kepler_init.lua).

To update a rock just install it again with "luarocks install".
