The kepler-* rocks are not compatible with LuaRocks 2, because of
changes in LuaRocks. I am not going to update them and made the
wsapi-* rocks the default entry point (no need for kepler_init.lua, or
things like xavante/config.lua). There are emails about that in the
Kepler list a couple months ago (please look around the WSAPI 1.2
announcement in the archives).
